O2 phase III (Carve-in DRP) will reduce the total cost of system landscape by migrating the last 3 Toller companies (DSM Resins bv, DSM Kunstharze Gmbh & DSM Coating Resins Spain) into the main DRF ERP platform.

This last step shall enable the DRF business to fully integrate and standardize her processes.

In scope are all financial processes including supporting modules like SRM, Plant Maintenance, CATS & Project System.

Introduction Principal-Toller-Agent model (TOPP project)




The objective of TOPP - Targeting Outside In for People & Processes - is to define, harmonize and streamline processes, organisation & IT systems with the aim of creating a new DSM NeoResins+ organization.

The TOPP project distinguishes multiple streams: New Business Development, Demand to Supply, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Finance to Manage.

Bert has been SAP Business Process Expert Finance and Control in several of my SAP implementation and release change projects.
Within these projects Bert has been in charge of managing the FiCo workstream.
Bert is an experienced process expert, has a solid theoretical background and pratical experience.
He is dedicated and delivers as promised.
Bert is also a very appreciated and fine colleague to his teammembers.


Bert is an excellent senior accountant with a large experience and understanding of integral SAP processes in FI/CO. He has a drive for continuous improvement.
